REFUND/RETURNS POLICY

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS ON DELIVERY

In the event that you should receive a damaged or incorrect item in your delivery you must contact us immediately by email info@kindercarepramshop.co.uk with an explanation of the fault and supporting images.

On receipt of the full details, we will arrange for the collection and replacement where necessary. Should any item be out of stock you will be given the option of a refund, a suitable replacement product of the same value or the option to wait until the product comes back into stock at which point it will be despatched immediately.

UNWANTED Products

If, for any reason, you no longer want to keep your purchase, please notify us by email at info@kindercarepramshop.co.uk and once you have received our acknowledgement, you will need to ensure the item is unused and in all its original packaging. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

You may also return unwanted items to either of our shops, please specify your preferred store via email at info@kindercarepramshop.co.uk

NOTE: Once the item has been used we cannot accept it back.

NOTE: We will not refund your costs in sending the product back to us. If you wish for us to arrange collection, the cost will be £25.00 for the first box + £5.00 for each additional box.

NOTE: All returns must be made within 14 days from receipt of your order. We cannot accept returns after this time.

Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed.

FAULTY Products

A minimum of six month warranty is provided on all items. Some items do have a longer warranty period and this is stated in the product manual. The warranty period starts from the date of the invoice. If your product is out of warranty we can quote you for cost of repair.

Please email us at info@kindercarepramshop.co.uk with an explanation of the fault supported with images/photos/videos. Please ensure to include your full name and the original order number as your reference. Please allow 48 hours for a response.

Please keep all documentation and the packaging should the item need to be returned. If you do not have the original packaging the pram will need to be packed well in a box with sufficient packaging. Should you not be able to provide a box we can send packaging out to you at a cost of £20.00.

Please ensure all items are returned unless advised otherwise. It is your responsibility to make sure all goods are properly packed for the return and Kindercare Pram Shop will not be liable for damages that occur in transit resulting from insufficient packaging.

Should the issue need further investigation, we will arrange inspection by the manufacturer. No charges are made for the repair, collection and return of your item should the fault be a manufacturing defect. If no fault is found or the fault is classed as accidental damage, misuse or wear and tear then you may be liable for any carriage and repair charges.

Please note you will need to get authorisation for any return prior to sending the item back. General wear and tear, misuse and accidental damage is not covered under the warranty. All warranty return requests must be made in writing to info@kindercarepramshop.co.uk

We are not obliged to provide a loan product whilst yours is being repaired. However, subject to availability, a loan product may be available to borrow from one of our shops. We have the right to request for a loan deposit, which will be returned after inspection on return. We expect the pushchair/equipment to be returned in the same condition it was received and if any accessories are missing, there is damage or it is returned dirty then a charge will be made to cover the costs of replacing, repairing or cleaning the returned pushchair/equipment.

INCORRECT PRICING

If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order without any cost, prior to the item(s) being dispatched. All cancellations must be notified in writing. Orders cancelled after shipment will need to follow the procedure for unwanted items.

Product COLOURS

Please note all images on this site are as a representation only and may differ from the actual product received. This may be due to lighting used in marketing material at the time of product image shots. If you are unsure of the colour, it is advisable to visit one of our stores to view the fabric/product before purchasing. If the product is a special order/ limited or special edition a restocking fee may apply for returns. Please contact us to discuss prior to placing your order.
